Who Looks After You: Supporting The Supporters
Ever wondered who actually looks after the wellbeing of professionals doing the important yet challenging work of DEI and Wellbeing Professionals in organisations?
At Smart About Health that is what we are doing. Our team of expert Psychologists and Psychotherapists are here to put your wellbeing at the forefront in a safe, contained and facilitated programme.
Supporting everyone else, and working in difficult spaces can mean that DEI leaders are experiencing high levels of burnout. This often leads to unresolved systemic issues and high turnover.
How do you get involved?
Step 1. Select an introduction session
Join one of our free introductory webinars with Dr Fabienne Palmer, Clinical Psychologist and Head of Equity at Smart About Health.
These sessions are designed exclusively for Wellbeing or DEI professionals in large organisations (500+).
We are planning more free sessions this year, so if you are working in Wellbeing, DEI, HR, as an ERG lead, or part of a Steering Committee please click here to register your interest.
Choose the date and time that suits you best:
Step 2. Select all or any of the Pause & Reflect sessions
We warmly invite you to our free, one-hour online Pause & Reflect sessions— join one of our 3 available small, supportive workshops (up to 10 people) guided by Dr Fabienne Palmer, clinical psychologist and Head of Equity and Inclusion at Smart About Health.
By joining, you’ll have the chance to shape the upcoming Support the Supporters programme, share practical insights, and form meaningful connections with like-minded peers.
Together, we’ll also explore new ways to nurture personal wellbeing, champion equity, and foster positive change across industries. We look forward to co-creating an innovative, safe and inclusive initiative that truly serves those who need it most.
